How do I change the password/email to my Dronemobile account?

You can change your password from the application by following the steps below:

From the application:

 

  • Tap on the three bar icon located on the top left hand side.

  • Tap on Settings
  • Scroll down until 'Change Password'

  • Once you click on 'Change Password', it will bring you to our new password page to complete the process.

 

From the website: 

  1. Go to the Drone Mobile page ► DroneMobile login .
  2. Click the ‘forgot your password?’
  3. Enter the email used to set up your Drone
  4. You will receive instructions on how to reset the password

*Be sure to keep the new password between 6-10 characters.*

 

NOTE: You may receive an error stating that the 'user information does not match'. If you can’t get the information to match, please submit a request with your account information including - email address, name, street address, and phone number. One of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
