Why can't I log in on my mobile device when my password works on the website?

During registration, iPhone users will be able to enter more then 10 characters. However, the mobile application will only recognize 6-10 characters. If your original password is longer than 10 characters it could cause an issue trying to log in to the application

  • Can't login my app on my Android phone. It says the username and password doesn't match. But online I can login fine. Also, my password I'm using isn't too long, it's 10 characters long.

  • I can't log in on my app (Pixel 3a) after changing the password. It works on the website but not on my mobile device.

  • I just opened my app for the first time this week to check on my truck and the app sits there at a login screen. After entering my password, the app claims my username/password is incorrect, however, the exact same username/password I tried on the app works just fine on the website. WTF? I've tried resetting my password - and confirmed the new password works on the website, but the app is *STILL* refusing to login.
