How do I add/remove a DroneMobile unit from my account?

To add a vehicle/Drone unit to you account:

Through the Application:

  • From the home page, select the 'arrows' at the top right corner.
  • Select 'ADD VEHICLES'
  • Add vehicle information. (serial # and name of vehicle are required)

Through the Website:

  • Login to your account at www.dronemobile.com
  • Select the ‘Manage Account’ tab.<< Select ‘Add/Remove Vehicles’.<<Select 'Add Vehicles'.
  • Enter the serial number of the new Drone unit.
  • Read the disclaimer and select 'I agree'. 

To remove a vehicle/Drone unit from your account: 

Through the Application:

  • From the home page, Select the 'cake' icon in the top left corner.
  • Select 'SETTINGS'
  • Select 'Vehicles' 
  • Select 'DELETE THIS VEHICLE' at the bottom of the page.

Through the Website:

  • Login to your account at www.dronemobile.com
  • Select the ‘Manage Account’ tab at the top << Select ‘Add/Remove Vehicles’.
  • Select the vehicle you wish to remove on the left side, then hit ‘Remove Vehicle’.
  • Once you remove the final vehicle from your account the account will be deleted from our system. 

NOTES: 

  • If you would like your purchased subscription plan to be transferred over to a new unit please leave this unit on your account and submit a request with all relevant account information. We can transfer the service plan over to a new unit on your account; however, we need the information from the original unit to still be available on the account in order for the transfer to take place. 
  • When you remove the unit from your account the subscription plan on the unit will be lost. When the unit is added to a new account a new subscription plan will need to be purchased as well.
