How do I add/remove a DroneMobile unit from my account?

To ADD a vehicle/Drone unit to you account:

Through the Application:

  • From the home page, select the 'arrows' at the top right corner.
  • Tap on the '+'
  • Add vehicle information. (serial # and name of vehicle are required)

Through the Website:

  • Login to your account at www.dronemobile.com
  • Select the ‘+ Add a Vehicle’
  • Enter the serial number & name the vehicle

 

To REMOVE a vehicle/Drone unit from your account:

Through the Website ONLY:

  • Login to your account at www.dronemobile.com
  • Select the ‘Subscriptions’
  • Tap 'View' on the vehicle you wish to remove
  • Select 'Edit Vehicle' and scroll all the way to the end to see - 'Delete Vehicle
  • Please read through the warning message and Confirm.

NOTES: 

  • If you would like your purchased subscription plan to be transferred over to a new unit please leave this unit on your account and submit a request with all relevant account information. We can transfer the service plan over to a new unit on your account; however, we need the information from the original unit to still be available on the account in order for the transfer to take place. 
  • When you remove the unit from your account the subscription plan on the unit will be lost. When the unit is added to a new account a new subscription plan will need to be purchased as well.

  • ZERO RESPONSE FROM DRONE WTH? I HAVE TALKED UP THIS WONDERFUL DEVICE FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND NEW UNIT IS DEAD IN THE WATER, HELP HELP HELP BEEN EMAILING YOU FOR OVER A WEEK.
