How to Recover/Change Your Password

You can recover and/or change your DroneMobile account password within the DroneMobile app and on the DroneMobile website.

From the App
To recover/change your password from the DroneMobile app, open the side menu by pressing the Nav icon in the top left corner of the app. Press “Settings”. 

On this page, press “Change Password”. You will be redirected to your mobile internet browser to set your password.

If you are having trouble logging into the DroneMobile app, and are stuck on the login screen, press the “Forgot Password” link. You will be redirected to your mobile internet browser to reset your password using your e-mail.

Enter the e-mail that you use to log into DroneMobile. A password reset e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not immediately receive an e-mail, please make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder. Press the link in that e-mail and create and confirm a new password.

From the Website
To recover/change your password from the DroneMobile website, please visit https://accounts.dronemobile.com/userlogin OR go to www.dronemobile.com and click the “Login” link in the top right corner.

You will be taken to the login page. Click or press the “Forgot Password?” link to change/reset your password. Enter the e-mail that you use to log into DroneMobile. A password reset e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not immediately receive an e-mail, please make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder. Press the link in that e-mail and create and confirm a new password.
