Alerts (Push Notifications)

The “Alerts” page controls which push notifications you receive from your vehicle. These settings are set on a per-vehicle, per-user basis. Meaning that you can activate one alert for one vehicle, and deactivate it for another. Additionally, different users that are sharing the same vehicle can have different notification preferences.

Here's a video illustration:

  • Alarm Alerts – Receive a push notification if your alarm system is triggered via shock, intrusion, etc. Note – in order to receive these types of alerts, your DroneMobile system must be connected to an aftermarket or factory alarm system in your vehicle.
  • Engine Alerts – Receive a push notification whenever your vehicle’s engine is turned ON or OFF.
  • Low Battery Alert – Receive a push notification whenever your vehicle’s battery voltage dips below 11.7v.
  • Maintenance Reminders* – Receive a push notification whenever your vehicle’s mileage exceeds your maintenance due mileage.
  • Curfew Alerts* – Receive a push notification if your vehicle is driven outside of curfew hours.
  • Speeding Alert*s – Receive a push notification if your vehicle is driven at a speed greater than the speed limit you set in “Drone Settings”.
  • Idling Alerts** – Receive a push notification if your vehicle’s engine is left on idle for more than 5 minutes.

  • Hi,
I have contacted the customer support 4 times complaining that "Engine on/off" notification stopped working 2 months ago and they don't know how to fix it. Any help can you do it for me?
    Thanks
