August 12th-13th Shutdown Notice

We are always working to make our products more reliable, user-friendly, and secure. Because of this, August 12th through August 13th, we will be conducting a major security upgrade.

In order to move on to this improved DroneMobile experience, all of our users will be temporarily affected in the following ways:

  • DroneMobile will be temporarily down from August 12th 10pm PST through 13th, 2019 for a maximum of 24 hours.
  • You will be asked to create a new, more secure password.
  • All existing History Log data will be deleted.

Follow these important steps after the upgrade occurs!

  1. Download the app update available after 10pm PST on August 12th, 2019.

    1. You will receive a password reset email on August 13th midday. Please create a new, secure password. (Note: you will not be able to create a new password until you receive this email)

  2. If you did not receive an email, request it again by pressing "Forgot Password?" in the DroneMobile App (after updating).
